We recommend making a reservation in advance, but if there is an available seat, we will guide you to a table immediately without a reservation.

If you have allergies, request special ingredients, are part of a group (4 people or more), wish to use a private room, or want a full reservation, please make a reservation in advance.

We have special menus available for ceremonies such as the Shichi-Go-San (7-5-3) celebration, so please inquire if you are interested.

Our gentlemen and ladies at The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, are also happy to assist with celebrations and surprises, so please consult us in advance.

The Japanese restaurant 'Genju' is a specialty restaurant where you can enjoy kaiseki, sushi, and teppanyaki dining.

Enjoy three types of Japanese cuisine: kaiseki, sushi, and teppanyaki at 'Genju'. You can savor carefully selected exquisite ingredients from various regions in Kyushu, such as black wagyu beef raised on the naturally rich Iki Island and fresh seafood caught in the Genkai Sea, one of the world's premier fishing grounds. Please also enjoy the marriage of tableware made from Kyushu ceramics like Arita and Karatsu with your meal. Private rooms are available for your gatherings.

While we welcome walk-ins and will endeavor to seat you promptly, we highly recommend making a reservation to ensure availability.

Advance reservations are essential for guests with allergies, specific dietary requirements, parties of four or more, or those wishing to reserve a private dining room or arrange a full venue buyout.
