Experience the Art of "Hakata Magemono" at The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka
the only certified craftsman of Hakata Magemono in Fukuoka, guests will create their own bespoke wooden bento box.
Once completed, indulge in a specially curated bento prepared by the culinary team of Genjyu, featuring locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Choose from three exquisite styles—Kaiseki, Sushi, or Teppanyaki—highlighting Kyushu's finest black wagyu, fresh seafood, and vibrant vegetables. Your meal will be served in the serene ambiance of Genjyu or, for staying guests, in the privacy of your room, accompanied by premium Yame tea, one of Japan's most celebrated green teas.
As a keepsake, take home your handcrafted bento box, elegantly wrapped in a Hakata-ori furoshiki by Nishimura Orimono, along with artisanal chopsticks from Inoue Rantai Lacquerware.
